The location of this good quality and comfortable hotel was decent, close to train and bus stations. Moreover, it's just next door to main railway station, the main sights and late trains.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Despite some minor issues, my recent stay at Hotel Express Congress was quite enjoyable. The central location allowed for easy access to all the main attractions of the city. The room, although a bit small, was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making an effort to communicate with me in Ukrainian. I would recommend this hotel for its affordable price and convenient location.

The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the panoramic view from the balcony, which was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to both the main train station and the city center. It was just a short walk or metro ride away. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
There were a couple of drawbacks to my experience. the exterior of the hotel could use some renovation, as it was not very attractive.
